HARDY
KATHPUTLI HARDY is made with selected hard wood core veneer. It is made for the high load bearing furniture making. HARDI is available in MARINE grade as well as commercial grade variant. KATHPUTLI HARDY Marine grade Ply is bonded with Fortifed Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin as per standards of IS: 848:1974 under controlled temperature and pressure with requisite timing to obtain unmatched bonding.

KATHPUTLI HARDY Marine grade Ply is used in any application that needs high quality wooden sheet material. High quality in this context means resistance to cracking, breaking, shrinkage, twisting and warping.

KATHPUTLI ULTRA Plywood is manufactured with alternate assembly of hard wood veneer. It is made for those who need best quality plywood in economical price. All the veneers, which go to the manufacturing , empowered with Anti-Termite & Anti-Fungus chemicals. It is made of high quality timber veneers and is amongst the best in the industry. Both, the
inner-core and outer surface is made from superior quality wood and is bonded with highsolid content modified resin for the strong bonding.

It is available in MARINE grade and Commercial grade for the exterior and interior applications like Kitchen Cabinets, Exhaust Pipes, False Ceilings, and Speaker Cabinets etc.

ULTRA Max
KATHPUTLI ULTRA max is again a premium grade plywood empowered with the power of best timber and high solid content resin. It is manufactured with extra power of hardwood veneer with two way pressing system in a numeric controlled hydraulic press.

High Density hard wood timber is used to manufacture KATHPUTLI ULTRA max plywood which is the best among the timber available to manufacture plywood. High density wood is peeled with precision for smooth core. High solid content resin is used for stronger bonding between the panels. To strengthen the surface of panel, thicker GURJAN face is used.
